Payment conditions:
The participation fee is paid on the basis of an invoice – a tax document sent to the participating association company by the organizer on the basis of the online registration form, no later than 14 days after the registration deadline. The invoice is payable within 30 days.
Terms of cancellation:
from 15th to 28th of February 2023 30% of participation fee (70% refund)
from 1th to 10th of March 2023 50% of participation fee (50% refund)
after 11th of March no refund on participation fee
